On Friday 8th May, we commemorate the 75th anniversary of VE Day – when the Second World War ended in Europe.

We will be broadcasting a special service service of commemoration and remembrance for the 75th anniversary at 10.45am on our Facebook page.  The service takes the form of a service or prayer and reflection, and is led by our Lay Minister, Neil Fisher.

The words which you are invited to join in will be displayed on the screen.

We will come together to say thank you to all those who gave so much during the war, and we come to remember all those who gave the ultimate sacrifice, including the 24 men named on the war memorial at the church.
